This summer, the City of Raleigh Museum has partnered with Seed Art Share to bring you an exciting new children’s program. This original scavenger-play, written by Raleigh playwright Ian Finley, invites history buffs ages 8 to 12 to join Sir Walter Raleigh for a night of intrigue and mystery-solving in the Museum. Lost artifacts and hidden clues have turned the Museum upside down. Follow the trail of nuts, but look out for the Museum’s arch nemesis, Stewart the Squirrel. This 45-minute show will run June 19th, July 17th, and August 21st at 5:00pm, 6:30pm, and 8:00pm each night. Space is limited. Tickets can be ordered online here.
Since April 2010, Seed Art Share has created arts experiences for performers, patrons, and the people they love! Seed Art Share is made up of diverse professionals, such as teachers, artists, musicians, psychologists, social workers, and parents. Seed supports and serves the Raleigh arts community and their families through events, performances, and community partnerships.
